In order to backup an folder with out backing up pictures, music or other multimedia content that is space consuming in the backup. Make an new policy and while selecting the folder tick All files except selected types ,then fill in desired file extensions you wish to leve out, the following list includes some of the most common extensions for multimedia content jpg,jpeg,gif,png,raw,tiff,bmp,avi,wma,vma,mpeg,mpg,m4a,mp3,mp4,aac,mov,rlp
